When the OPUS fails to record a camera stream, you could check the following:
- On the OPUS itself, navigate to the "Recordings' menu and ensure that "Automatic recording" is enabled.
- While viewing the camera on the OPUS, check for a recording button in the lower right corner. If this button is not present, the camera may only be capable of providing still images (JPEG). In this case, contact the system integrator to determine if Motion JPEG (MJPEG) is available. OPUS does not support JPEG recordings, but if the camera stream is changed to Motion JPEG, the recording option will become available.
