To buy an ATMOS (or other) subscription on the TTecomm site, when making a Professional account: Is it possible to link a credit card without a bank card reader? Can't this be done via the bank app directly?
To enhance security for recurring payments, a card reader verification is required. We cannot overlook this step, as it is mandated by the bank.
How many users can use the ATMOS app?
Let’s say a family consisting of two adults and two children have a TELETASK installation in their home. Should they purchase one subscription or multiple subscriptions? Additionally, what is the maximum number of users allowed for a single subscription?
There is no longer a limit on the number of users for a TELETASK installation. Whether you have 1, 5, 20, or more users, a single subscription for the installation is sufficient (as far as the “installation” has one nbt configuration file; this means with up to 10 DoIP central units, working together).
In PROSOFT, can you register the parent(s) as the owner(s), and the children as regular users?
Parents are typically designated as 'owners’, while others, such as children or household staff, are considered ‘users’.
If you wish to input them directly into PROSOFT, you need the unique email addresses of each individual. However, owners have the ability to manage users on the website as well. For instance, the parent can independently add the children. In such cases, the SI (System Integrator) needs to retrieve the nbt file from the central unit if any modifications are done by the owner, because the nbt file will have been changed slightly and the nbt version on his PC will not be the latest anymore.
If an individual owns two properties (such as a house and an apartment), does this person require two ATMOS subscriptions for each residence? Additionally, if there is one house with a sauna/poolhouse (each having a central unit, situated at a single location), can they be managed under one subscription?
If a user has two separate properties, each with its own installation and corresponding nbt files, they will require two subscriptions, one for each premise. However, if an installation consists of multiple central units sharing a single nbt file, it is considered as one ‘installation’ and only one subscription is needed for that installation.
I consistently encounter the 'No valid license found' error, even though there is an active subscription. What steps can I take to resolve this issue?
Please upgrade the installation to PROSOFT 4.0.1.16 or higher. This will fix this error because ATMOS is supported starting from that version and up.
I’ve purchased an ATMOS subscription, but the icons on the button cards on my smartphone screen continue to spin. What could be the issue?
Please ensure that the installation is operating on PROSOFT version 4.0.1.16 or later. Additionally, verify whether the internet connection of the house is working and that the central unit is connected to the cloud at https://cloud.teletask.be.
