Please check if your iSGUI configuration in PROSOFT is set on “Automatically update iSGUI based on Rooms and Icons”! If not, and you made some changes on your devices, it can generate this problem. You will see also warnings like “WARNING:;GUI GET Device not found” in the monitor (Diagnostics) while you get the problem in iSGUI.
To solve the problem, adjust your configuration or set it to “Automatically update iSGUI based on Rooms and Icons” and send it to the central unit.
After the download is completed, go to iSGUI, do a “Reload GUI Data” for that location.
