Update Cloud connection of an existing installation

If you have a customer who wants to upgrade to ATMOS but has lost their cloud credentials, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Local Connection and File Retrieval:

  • First, go to the customer’s location and connect with PROSOFT to the central unit.
  • Retrieve the NBT file from the central unit or open the most recent NBT file.

User Configuration:

  • Navigate to the “Extra/Users” menu in PROSOFT.
  • Check which users are currently configured.
  • If you are taking over the installation, add your own credentials as a second System Integrator (SI). Do not remove the first SI!
Ensure that you are logged in to PROSOFT with your SI credentials.

Update NBT File:

Transmit the updated NBT file back to the central unit.

Cloud Connection:

Once the central unit is reconnected to the cloud, you will find this installation in your TTCloud environment.

Additional Notes:

  • If the central unit was not previously connected to the cloud, there will be no ‘Cloud’ icon in the bottom right corner of PROSOFT. In this case, use the ‘Cloud setup’ menu to configure the installation for TTCloud.
  • In the “Extra/Users” menu of PROSOFT, you can also update or verify the email address of the end-user.
  • End-users can reactivate their login by using the “Forgot password” option on TTCloud.
